近距离煤层复合采空区超前导流钻孔合理抽采流量数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Drainage Quantity in Advanced Diversion Hole in Close Coal Seam Composite Gob Area

摘要 为研究超前导流钻孔抽采量对复合采空区瓦斯及氧气浓度分布规律的影响,运用ANSYS数值模拟软件,建立复合采空区建立三维数学模型并进行了数值模拟。结果表明:超前导流钻孔合理抽采量范围为57~68 m^3/min,此抽采量下上隅角CO浓度控制在12×10-6之内,81004工作面、上隅角、回风巷最大瓦斯浓度均控制在0.8%以内,保证工作面安全高效的回采。 In order toexplore the impact of drainage quantity of advanced diversion hole on distribution of oxygen and methane in gob, using ANSYS numerical simulation software, the establishment of complex goaf three - dimensional mathematical model is established and the numerical simulation is carried out. Results demonstrates that the reasonable range of the quantity of drainage in advanced di- version hole is from 57 m3/min to 68 m3/min, and CO concentration at upper corner is less than 12 × 10^-6 ;the maximum gas concen- tration at 81004 working face, upper corner, and return air lane is controlled within 0.8% , which can ensure the safety of working face.
