A quasi-orthogonal space-time coding algorithm to achieve full diversity

摘要 基于星座图旋转给出一种改进的准正交空时分组码。对原准正交空时分组码,从其星座图选取一半符号,另从旋转后的星座图选取另一半符号,通过最佳旋转编码获得编码矩阵。在不增加最优解码算法复杂度的前提下,改进后准正交空时分组码的码字差矩阵满秩,故可以达到满分集。数值仿真结果显示,相对于准正交空时分组码,当信噪比相同时,改进后编码的误比特率更优。 An improved quasi-orthogonal space-time block coding method based on constellation rotation is proposed,which gets a half of the symbols from the constellation diagram of the original quasi-orthogonal space-time block code,and the other half of the symbols from the constellation diagram after rotation.The coding matrix is obtained by optimal rotation coding.The code word difference matrix of the improved coding method is of full rank,so it can achieve a full diversity,while,the improvement will not cause any increase in complexity of the optimal decoding algorithm.Numerical simulation results show that,when the signal to noise ratio is the same,the bit error rate of the improved code is better than the original quasi-orthogonal spacetime block code.
