摘要
针对高温、高汽(气)液比的SAGD采出液,在集输过程中极易形成段塞,基于OLGA软件对SAGD采出液集输管网及波动特性进行分析,确定了最大液塞长度为125 m,对应段塞体积为885 m^3。通过研制段塞流捕集处理一体化装置,集成了段塞流捕集和汽(气)液分离及处理两种功能,能有效避免段塞流对下游油、汽(气)、水处理系统造成的冲击,确保站场平稳运行。
High temperature and high steam(gas) liquid ratio SAGD production formes slug easily during the gathering and transportation process.By the analysis of gathering and transportation pipe network and flow pattern based on OLGA software, the maximum slug volume and corresponding liquid slug length were determined: 885 m^3 and 125 m respectively.Two kinds of functions of slug flow trap and steam-liquid separation processing are integrated by development of integrated device of slug flow trap and processing, which has effectively avoided the impact of slug flow in the downstream oil, steam(gas) and water treatment system and ensured the stable operation of the station.
