摘要
在分析某矿矸石置换道综掘面现有防尘措施存在问题的基础上,根据工作面的具体情况提出了优化长压短抽系统,改进掘进机喷雾降尘系统,优化巷道风流净化水幕,提高了净化水幕的自动化程度,增加掘进面煤层注水的综合防尘方案,通过综合防尘方案的实施,成功降低了工作面总粉尘浓度91%以上,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率也达到89%以上,降尘效果明显。
Based on the analysis of mine waste rock displacement road comprehensive tunneling face,on the basis of existing problems of dust prevention measures,put forward the optimization on the basis of the condition of the working face long short extraction system,improve the machine spray dust system,optimize the roadway to purify the water curtain,enhance the automation of the purified water curtain,increase the comprehensive dust control scheme of heading face of coal seam water injection,through the implementation of the comprehensive dust control scheme,successfully reduced the working face,more than 91% of the total dust concentration,dust dust efficiency is above 89%,the dust effect is obvious.
