摘要
对于上隅角瓦斯积聚问题,除采用通风、抽放等措施外,世界各主要产煤国均在引排设备方面进行了研究。负压引排是一种行之有效的方法。笔者提出采用大功率抽出式风机直接引排上隅角瓦斯,并通过自适应系统进行瓦斯浓度调配"掺新",设计了结构独特的吸风器和调风器。现场使用结果表明,能够保证风筒内的瓦斯浓度低于3%,对上隅角瓦斯处理具有重要意义。
To solve the problem of gas accumulation at upper corner,discharge equipment has been researched in major coal-producing countries in the world,besides the measures of using ventilation and drainage.Negative pressure discharge is an effective method.The author proposes the use of high power exhaust ventilator to directly discharge gas at upper corner and designs unique structural air drafter and air register by using automatic adaptive system to deploy"doped"gas concentration.Field usage results show that the method can ensure the gas concentration inside wind tube below 3%,and has significance for the treatment of gas at upper corner.
