摘要
Bookstart是一项针对于学龄前儿童的专门的阅读推广计划,在我国台湾地区实施了12年,并被命名为"阅读起步走"。其核心活动有赠书、父母阅读指导讲座、亲子读书会、国民小学一年级新生阅读推广服务;具有信谊基金会为主导,各县镇市公共图书馆为推广主体等鲜明的特色。Bookstart在台湾实施后,利用图书馆的人数显著增加、图书借阅率大幅提高,家长的理念和孩子的行为都在逐渐改变,但同时也存在诸多不足。成立专门组织,完善宣传方式,经费集中使用,充实馆藏,规划婴幼儿阅读专区是改善不足的有效方法。
Bookstart has implemented in Taiwan for 12 years as a specialized reading promotion plan for preschool children. The core activities are book donations, parent-reading guidance lectures, parent-child reading, elementary school freshman reading services.Bookstart is operarated as following distinct characteristics： the leading role of Hsin Yi Foundation, counties and towns public libraries as promotion subjects. After the implementation of Bookstart in Taiwan, readers using the library have increased markedly, book lending rate has improved significantly, the concept of the parents, and children＇s behavior are changing. At the same time, Bookstart faces some difficulties. It is the effective way to improve the insufficient to create special groups, improve publicity, centralize funds,fulfill the collection, and plan a special reading area for the infants.
