对全低温耐硫变换工艺饱和热水塔顶气体出口管道弯头开裂的原因进行全面分析,根据失效分析的结论和建议,利用应力计算软件优化配管设计,消除了弯头开裂的安全隐患。
The paper analyzes causes of pipe elbows crack on saturated water tower overhead in all low-temperature sulfur tolerant shift process, according to conclusions and recommendations of failure analysis, with the use of pipe stress calculation software to optimize the design, eliminating security risks of elbow cracking.
