摘要
当前高校新生入学教育工作基本涵盖生活、学业、心理、行为、思想与职业六个方面。高校在这六个方面所做的工作,虽然全面,但尚有不足。经过梳理,高校可以从补充个别教育形式的缺失、构建全员育人工作格局、建立学校与家庭联动教育机制、延长入学教育的周期等方面,对新生入学教育工作进行完善,以确保更好的教育效果。
The current entrance education for university freshmen generally covers life, study, psychology, behavior, ideology and career. Universities have done a lot in the six aspects, but there are still some shortcomings. Universities should improve entrance education for freshmen in order to ensure better education effect from completing some forms of education, constructing the system of whole-staff education, establishing a university-family cooperation education mechanism and expanding the period of entrance education.
