摘要
目的探讨伢碘微创凝胶去龋术治疗龋齿的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月至2014年10月儿童龋齿患儿46例(67颗),依据治疗方法分为两组,每组23例。对照组采用常规牙钻磨牙法治疗,观察组采用伢碘微创凝胶去龋术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果两组手术时间比较差异未见统计学意义(χ2=4.627,P=0.624),两组治疗疼痛分级比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组继发龋齿1例(4.3%),对照组3例(13.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.072,P=0.048)。结论伢典微创凝胶去龋术治疗儿童龋齿创伤小、时间短、不良反应少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application value of carisolv chemo-mechanical caries removal method on early childhood cariestreatment. Methods From January 2013 to October 2014,46 patients（67 teeth）with early childhood caries were selected,and divided into two groups according to therapy,with 23 cases in each group. The control group received conven-tional drill grinding,while the observation group was treated by carisolv chemo-mechanical caries removal,the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of operation between the two groups had no significant difference（χ^2 = 4. 627,P =0. 624）. The degree of ache between the two groups was significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）;Follow up for 6 months,secondary caries in the observation group was 1 case（4. 3% ）,while which in the control group was 3 cases（13. 0% ）,the difference between the two groups was significant（χ^2 = 5. 072,P = 0. 048）. Conclusion The carisolv chemo-mechanical caries removal method in early childhood caries is fast,has fewer adverse reactions and is worthy of application.
