摘要
目的：分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的发生原因以及预防措施。方法选取2011年2月至2014年2月进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗的720例患者的临床资料，分析手术常见并发症。结果720例患者中发生并发症36例，患病率为5%；并发症中以皮下气肿、胆管损伤以及胆漏的发病率较高。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术是较为可靠的治疗方式，应针对并发症的特征做好预防性措施。
Objective To analyze the causes of the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and preventive measures. Methods Selected the clinical data of 720 cases of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation patients from February 2011 to February 2014 and analyzed the common complications. Results In 720 patients,the complications were found in 36 cases and the prevalence rate was 5% ;among the complications,the rates of subcutaneous emphysema, bile duct injury and bile leakage were higher. Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a reliable treatment,so pre-vention should be conductd according to the characteristics of complications.
