摘要
基于作者对美国马赛诸塞州剑桥市公共建设的实地考察,针对我国城市建设中通用设计普及度低、缺乏规范性、缺少细节设计等问题,与剑桥市公共环境中通用设计进行比较研究,并提出从法律层、实践层面、科研层面来改善我国通用设计,提高城市公共服务的综合质量,营造平等尊重的社会氛围。
Based on the fieldwork of public works in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the United States, the author gives a co-mparative study on universal design in urban construction between China and America focusing on the problems such as low popularity, lack of standardization, short of detail design in China. Then provide some advices from a legal perspective, a practical level and the level of scientific research respectively to improve our universal design, enhance the overall quality of urban public services, and create a social atmosphere of equal respect.
