摘要
目的探讨正念减压训练对抑郁症患者家属情绪状态及应对方式的影响。方法采取便利抽样法,选择天津市安定医院76例抑郁症患者家属接受常规临床护理指导及为期8周的正念减压训练干预。干预前及干预后8周,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行测评。结果经过8周干预患者家属SDS、SAS评分较干预前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其SCSQ评分积极应对较前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),消极应对较前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用正念减压训练能在一定程度上改善抑郁症患者家属的负性情绪,并调整其应对方式,为抑郁症患者的康复创造良好的家庭环境,可促进他们早日康复。
Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness training on family members of patients with depression of emotional state and coping style. Methods By convenience sampling method, select Tianjin Anding Hospital 76 inpatients of family members of patients with depression, received routine clinical care guidelines and 8 weeks of mindfulness based stress reduction. 8 weeks before and after the intervention, the selfrating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS) and simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ) were used to evaluate the mood state and coping style of family members of patients with depression. Results After 8 weeks intervention the scores of SDS and SAS of family members of patients with depression were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01), the scores of positive coping style were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01), the scores of negative coping style were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion The use of mindfulness based stress reduction can improve the family members of patients with depression in a certain degree of negative emotions, and adjust their coping style, to create a good family environment for the rehabilitation of depressive patients, can promote their rehabilitation.
