摘要
为了优化矸石充填回采工作面运矸带式输送机的运行工况,分析了目前带式输送机存在的设计缺陷和安全隐患,提出了采用机尾驱动,张紧装置倒拉布置的安装方式,阐述了该种布置方式的工作原理,为矸石充填工作面可伸缩带式输送机的设计和安装布置提供了重要依据。
In order to optimize the operating conditions of working face,analysis the belt conveyor face layout design,points out the defects and the existence of security risks, reform the tensioning device,describes the working principle of the belt conveyor, according to the calculation of the mine site case design,provide an important basis for the design of telescopic belt conveyor layout and installation.
