摘要 抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机模型全特性试验结果关系到电站的过渡过程及运行稳定性,其不同于常规性能试验的诸多特性提高了对试验设备和方法的要求,同时"S"区、零流量、低单位转速等区域试验工况的不稳定亦给数据采集带来了很大困难。根据国内几座大型抽水蓄能电站项目的模型水泵水轮机全特性试验累积的经验,分析总结了水泵水轮机全特性试验的关键技术点,就试验过程中的不稳定区域提出了切实有效的试验方法,并取得了满意的试验结果,可为其他抽水蓄能电站的全特性试验研究提供参考。 The pump-turbine model complete characteristic test results related to the transient process and stability operation of the pumped storage power station.The characteristics which are different from the conventional performance test have higher requirements on test equipment and method.While the instability test conditions of‘S'zones,zero flow and low unit speed have also brought great difficulties in the data acquisition.This paper analyzed and summarized the key technology of model pump-turbine complete characteristics test on the basis of domestic several large pumped storage power stations.The improved test method for the unstable zone in test is proposed and the satisfactory test results are obtained.Therefore,it provides reference for complete characteristic test of other pumped storage power stations.
