摘要
为分析碾压混凝土(RCC)的压实机理及VC值(vibrating-compacted value)对压实质量的影响,利用小型振动碾压机开展碾压试验,分析了碾压混凝土内部颗粒加速度及表面沉降的变化规律,并从颗粒加速度及表面沉降变化的角度解释了碾压混凝土的振动压实机理。借助振动压实成型机模拟实际施工中的"上压上振"的压实方式制备试样,分析了VC值对RCC压实质量和力学性态的影响。研究结果对于合理确定碾压混凝土坝现场施工参数,进而确保大坝压实质量,具有一定指导意义。
Based on compaction test by miniature roller,this paper analyzed the acceleration of internal particles and surface settlement,and explained RCC compacting mechanism with acceleration of internal particles and surface settlement.By means of vibrating compaction molding machine to simulate practical construction,the specimen is more close to sample in construction.The impact of VC on compaction quality and mechanics property was analyzed.The research result has guiding significance in determining reasonable RCC dam construction parameters and ensuring the construction quality.
