摘要
针对目前的大坝安全评价方法在解决实际工程问题时存在的不足,引入了理想点法基本原理,提出基于熵权—理想点法的大坝安全评价模型,综合考虑大坝的变形、渗流及环境等三方面因素,选取了9个评价指标作为大坝安全评价指标体系,根据选取的大坝安全评价体系确定了相应的评价标准及安全等级,采用信息熵理论确定评价指标权重,根据理想点法原理计算理想点贴近度,从而给出大坝安全评价结果,并将该模型应用于某已建大坝工程。结果表明,基于熵权—理想点法的大坝安全评价模型的评价结果与大坝实际情况相符,可见该模型可行、有效。
In view of the drawback of the current dam safety evaluation method for solving practical engineering problem,a model based ideal point method has been established to evaluate risk degree of dam.Considering dam deformation,seepage and environmental factors,nine assessment indexes were chosen as the safety evaluation system of the dam.According to the chosen safety evaluation system,the grade and standard of the dam were given.Then the information entropy method was used to compute the assessment indicator's weights.The closeness degree of the ideal point were calculated and the dam safety evaluation grade was otained.Finally,this method is applied to the practical engineering.It shows that the evaluation results are consistent with actual situation.Therefore,the proposed model is effective and feasible.
