摘要
三相单管Boost功率因数校正(PFC)变换器工作在电感电流断续模式(DCM),以实现PFC。开关频率恒定,在工频周期内,如果占空比保持不变,其PF值相对较低,输入电流含有丰富的5次和7次谐波。本文提出一种变频控制方法,使变换器工作在临界导通模式。与传统定频控制相比,可以有效提高功率因数,降低输入电流谐波。
Three-phase single-switch Boost PFC converter operates in discontinuous current mode(DCM) to achieve PFC. If the duty cycle is constant in a line cycle, the average value of the inductor current in a line cycle is not sinusoidal. The PF is low and the input current contains rich 5th and 7th harmonics. A kind of variable switching frequency control scheme is proposed in this paper. The converter operates in Critical Conduction Mode(CRM). Compared with traditional fixed frequency control, the proposed control scheme has a higher PF and lower current harmonics.
