摘要
我国警察组织内部管理方式实行企业化管理,是警察管理体制改革的方向。依据管理风格进行管理在企业管理中取得了很好的成效,因此可将这一方法引用到警察管理和警察工作人员任用上来。我国现阶段对警察组织管理风格还不够重视,相关研究较为薄弱。研究表明,警察管理风格可分为主导风格、分析风格、概念风格、行为风格,不同层级的警察需具备不同的管理风格,不同的警种也需要不同的管理风格。
The direction of police management system reform is to implement the enterprise-style management of our police internal management system. The management according to management style, which effects excellently in enterprise management, could be applied on police management and policel appointment. We have not paid much attention to police organization and management style, and related researches are relatively weak. The police management style can be divided into leading style, analytic style, conceptual style and behavioral style. Police on different levels and police of classifications must have different management styles.
