摘要
随着经济社会的迅速发展,伴随着人们生活水平的改善,各种疾病也接踵而至,其中心血管疾病因其发病率、致残率高,严重危害着人们的健康。医学的发展虽然使我们对冠心病有了更深的认识,然而冠心病的患病率和死亡率仍呈逐年升高趋势。已知冠心病的相关危险因素有很多,随着医学研究的不断深入,近年来同型半胱氨酸作为冠心病的独立危险因素越来越引起人们的重视,其主要通过损伤血管内皮细胞、促进血栓形成、影响脂质代谢及激活炎症细胞等方面导致了冠心病的发生。大量研究表明高血压、心脑血管疾病与同型半胱氨酸之间有密切联系,了解其与冠心病之间的关系有助于我们更好更有效地防治冠心病、减少死亡率、提高生活质量,下面就同型半胱氨酸与冠心病的关系作一综述。
With the rapid development of economic society and the improvement of people’s living standard,all kinds of diseases are followed,including cardiovascular disease. It has high incidence and morbidity, these characters are seriously endangering people’s health. Medical development have already made us to have a deeper understanding of coronary heart disease,however,the prevalence of coronary heart disease and mortality rates are still rising year by year. With the deepening of the medical research,we already have known that there are a lot of related risk factors for coronary heart disease. As an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease, homocysteine has caused more and more attention of people in recent years. It will injure the vascular endothelial cell,promote thrombosis, have an impact of lipid metabolism and activate the inflammatory cells. A large number of studies have shown that there is a close relationship between high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease with ho-mocysteine. Knowing the relationship between them can help us prevent and cure the coronary heart disease better and more effective,reduce mortality of it and improve the quality of life. The following re-viewed the relationship between homocysteine and coronary heart disease.
