摘要
通过对无动力中断电控机械式自动变速器(Seamless AMT,简称SAMT)的设计、建模与仿真,得到SAMT的换挡时间为90 ms,验证了换挡无动力中断、换挡时间短等优点,并且和AMT的百公里加速曲线进行了对比,验证了SAMT的优越性。换挡时离合器有不需要分离,只需要改变压紧力的换挡特性,在发动机的输出转速的配合下,提高了换挡的品质。
Through design, modeling and simulation of seamless automatic mechanical transmission, the shifting time of 90 ms by the seamless automatic mechanical transmission verifies the advantages of no torque interruption in shifting and short shift time, etc. And the acceleration curve per hundred kilometers of automatic mechanical transmission and that of Seamless AMT is compared which verifies the superiority of Seamless AMT. And for shifting, the clutch does not need to be separated, only the pressing force is changed, combined with the output speed of the engine, the shift quality is improved.
