13个大麦品种(系)农艺性状与产量的相关及通径分析 被引量:5

摘要 为探索近年来河南省大麦产量及主要农艺性状的演变规律,为河南省大麦生产和高产育种提供借鉴,以13个啤酒大麦品种(系)为材料,进行主要农艺性状与产量的统计分析.结果表明:主要农艺性状与产量的相关程度为有效穗﹥穗粒数﹥穗长﹥千粒质量﹥株高,对产量影响最大的因素是有效穗,与产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.671 6),其次是穗粒数(r=0.254 1),株高与产量呈负相关(r=-0.094 8);偏相关分析结果表明,大麦有效穗与产量偏相关系数达极显著正相关,穗粒数与产量呈显著正相关;有效穗对产量形成的直接作用最大,通径系数为0.982 1.增加有效穗数,兼顾其他农艺性状是提高大麦产量的有效途径. In order to explore the evolution law of barley yield and main agronomic characters in Henan Province in recent years,provide reference for the production and high-yield breeding of barley in Henan Province,the study was based on 13 varieties(lines) of beer barley,which were analyzed by the main agronomic characters and yield.The results showed that the main agronomic characters and yield related degree:effective spike 〉grains per spike 〉spike length 〉1000-grain weight〉 plant height,effective spike is the most important factor affecting the yield.It correlated with yield was significant positively(r=0.671 6);The followed factor was grains per spike(r=0.254 1).The plant height and yield were negative correlation(r=-0.094 8) with plant height.Partial correlation analysis showed that,effective spike and yield were highly significant positive correlation,grains per spike and yield were significantly positive correlation;The direct effect of effective panicle on yield was the largest,the path coefficient was 0.982 1.The effective way was used to improve the yield of barley is to increase the effective panicles and taking into account other agronomic traits.
