摘要
目的探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者HCV-RNA载量与ALT、AST、AST/ALT比值的相关性。方法选取慢性丙型肝炎患者144例,运用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测患者血浆HCV-RNA载量,速率法检测血清中ALT、AST活性。结果随着HCV-RNA载量的升高,ALT、AST、AST/ALT比值增高,经相关性分析,HCV-RNA载量与ALT、AST、AST/ALT之间存在正相关性,相关系数分别为0.49、0.75、0.57,均P<0.05。结论慢性丙型肝炎患者的HCV-RNA载量与ALT、AST、AST/ALT之间存在正相关性,通过HCV-RNA载量结合AST、ALT、AST/ALT比值,可以提高检测的灵敏度。
Objective To investigate the correlation of HCV-RNA concentration with ALT, AST and AST/ALT ratio in patients with chronic hepatitis C. Methods A total of 144 patients with chronic hepatitis C were selected. HCV-RNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technique, and the level ofALT, AST were detected by velocity method. Results There were higher serological levels of ALT, AST, AST/ALT ratio with the increasing amount of HCV-RNA. There were positive correlations between HCV-RNA and ALT, AST, AST/ALT ratio, with the correlation coefficient of 0.49, 0.75 and 0.57 respectively, all P〈0.05. Conclusions There are positive correlations between HCV-RNA and ALT, AST, AST/ALT ratio in patients with chronic hepatitis C, so we can improve the sensitivity of detection by combing HCV-RNA with ALT, AST, AST/ALT ratio.
