摘要
研究采用问卷和访谈的方式,调查了200名大学英语教师专业发展的现状,并对现阶段大学英语教师专业发展所面临的各种问题和矛盾问题进行了详尽的分析。借助教师专业发展理论,提出三方合作、专才专用的应对策略。
By adopting questionnaires and interviews, the present paper investigates 200 college English teachers' profession development status and analyzes the problems that college teachers have confronted at present stage in detail. Based on the theories of teachers' professional development, the author proposed a strategy of cooperation and specialists' dedication. These results provide implications and reference for achieving the sustainable development of teachers.
