摘要 舵机是制导炮弹的重要组成机构,介绍了一种新型旋转电动舵机控制系统,采用无刷直流电机作为执行机构。从原理分析、系统建模、控制仿真三个方面进行了详述。采用位置环、速度环、电流环三闭环控制策略,利用Matlab/Simulink进行了建模仿真,仿真结果表明这种新型弹用旋转舵机系统完全可以满足我们的应用需求,验证了该舵机系统的可行性,为我们的工程研究打下坚实的基础。 Steering gear is an important part in the guided projectile, this paper introduced a new type of rotating electric steering gear control system which took the brushless DC motor as the actuator detailedly from the following three aspects, principle analysis, ple-loop controlling strategy(position , speed system modeling and controlling simulation. Adopting the triand current loop) and completing a simulation by the Matlab/ Simulink toolkit , the simulation results show that this new rotating steering gear for projectilet can complete- ly meet the demand of our application. It verified the feasibility of the steering system and laid a solid foundation for the research of our project.
