摘要 能源危机、耗能污染正在威胁人类的存续。目前解决能源危机和环境问题的有效途径是依靠技术创新提高能源效率,而能源效率的提高又依赖技术创新效率水平的提高。文章运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法对2001~2013年我国能源产业技术创新效率情况进行了动态实证分析。结果表明:(1)我国能源产业整体技术创新效率水平相对无效;(2)技术进步对产业生产效率的提高作用明显高于技术创新;(3)我国能源产业的五大子行业的技术创新效率水平不均衡。同时,针对上述结论提出相应的改进建议。 The energy crisis, energy consumption, pollution are threatening the survival of human beings. The effective way to solve the problem of energy crisis is currently relying on technological innovation to improve energy efficiency, and improving energy efficiency and reling on the improvement of technology innovation efficiency, then applying the DEA- Malmquist index method model in the dynamic empirical analysis of technology innovation efficiency for the Chinese energy industry during 2011 to 2013. The results showed that: (1)China's energy industry as a whole level of technological innovation efficiency is invalid; (2)technological progress has an obvious effect to enhance the efficiency of industrial production is higher than technological innovation; (3)the 5 sectors efficiency level is not balanced.
