摘要 20052004 Feng Songlin (Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080, China); Cheng Lin Study on Microanalysis Reference Material for X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis (Rock and Mineral Analysis, ISSN0254-5357, CN11-2131/TD, 23(3), 2004, p.179-182, 4 tables, 4 refs.) Key words: X-ray fluorescence, type specimens Preparation of a microanalysis reference material (MRM) for X-ray fluorescence analysis was reported in this paper. A soil sample was pretreated under high temperature and grinded repeatedly until 99% of the sample powder is ≤30 μm in size. Neutron activation analysis (NAA) and synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (SRXRF) techniques were used for sample homogeneity test. The analytical results show that the sample is homogeneous and the minimum analytical masses for microanalysis of K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe, Zn, Rb, Sr, Sc, Cr, Co, Rb, Cs, La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Tb, Yb, Lu, Hf, Ta, Th, U by XRF is 1 mg. 20052005 He Lian (Shenyang Center, China Geological Survey, Shenyang, Liaoning 110032, China) 20052004 Feng Songlin (Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080, China); Cheng Lin Study on Microanalysis Reference Material for X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis (Rock and Mineral Analysis, ISSN0254-5357, CN11-2131/TD, 23(3), 2004, p.179-182, 4 tables, 4 refs.)
