摘要
颅脑损伤后精神症状和创伤应激障碍(PTSD)不仅是临床精神医学家关注的领域之一,如何减少和早期干预外伤后精神症状的发生已成为各级医院神经科临床亟需解决的问题。本文从颅脑损伤引起精神症状的机制和临床表现,已经综合治疗方法做了全面的综述。
Posttraumatic stress disorder （PTSD） is not only one of the areas of concern of clinical psychological physicians, but also concerned to all levels hospitals＆#39; department of neurosurgery. How to reduce the occurrence of psychiatric symptoms after injury and intervention early are an urgent problem facing to neurosurgeons. This article has made a comprehensive review on the psychiatric symptoms＆#39; mechanisms, clinical manifestations as well as comprehensive therapy methods which caused by craniocerebral injury.
