摘要
以某药厂无菌制剂车间项目为例,从设计条件出发,通过分析空气热湿处理过程,选择合适的空调系统。并提出优化设计方案,且从投资和运行费用方面进行技术经济分析,得出在此项目中采用提高冷冻水供水温度等节能方案是可行的结论。
Exampled with an aseptic preparation workshop in pharmaceutical plant and based on design conditions, the treatment process for hot and humid air was analyzed, and then appropriate air conditioning system was selected. By analyzing the cost of investment and operation from the view point of technical economy, the optimum design scheme was proposed. It was concluded finally that the energy saving scheme with enhancing the temperature of supplied chilled water was feasible in engineering.
