摘要
2014年全球马铃薯种植面积约1 920.5万hm^2,鲜薯产量约3.85亿t;我国马铃薯种植面积约564.5万hm^2,鲜薯产量达9 613.6万t;广东马铃薯种植面积约4.48万hm^2,其中冬种马铃薯种植面积占75%以上,产业发展潜力大。近年来,广东省马铃薯产业化进程加速,产业抱团发展成为趋势,种植效益不断提高,但仍存在优质脱毒种薯供应比例偏低、机械化水平仍较为落后、精深加工水平不高等不利于产业健康发展的因素,建议通过"制定扶持政策,推动产业发展;挖掘冬闲田资源,提高单产潜力;优化品种结构,提高产品附加值"等对策措施推动马铃薯产业的可持续健康发展。
In 2014, the global potato planting area and yield were 19205 thousand hm2 and 385 million tons, while the domestic numbers were 5645 thousand hm2 and 96.136 million tons. The planting area of Guangdong was 44.8 thousand hm2, among them winter planting area was more than 75%, and the industry had large potential for development. In recent years, the potato process of industrialization in Guangdong province accelerated, and the development of industry group became a trend, also the planting benefit constantly improved. But there were still some problems against the industry development, such as, the seedling quality of potato supply proportion was still low, mechanization level was still relatively backward, and the deep processing level was still low. In view of these, we put forward the principle of ＂Promoting the development of industry by means of supportive policy; excavating winter-free resources, improving yield potential; refining products construction, improving the additional value of product＂ for Guangdong potato industry.
