摘要
研究了使用膨化淀粉完全替代或部分替代膨润土作粘结剂对球团矿性能的影响。试验结果表明:使用质量分数为0.5%的膨化淀粉作为单一粘结剂生产的生球,落下强度为3.6次/(0.5 m),抗压强度为10.6 N/个,爆裂温度为451℃,成品球抗压强度可以达到1 899 N/个;当使用质量分数为0.3%的膨化淀粉与0.7%的膨润土混合制成复合粘结剂生产出的生球,落下强度可以达到6.7次/(0.5 m),抗压强度为13.1 N/个,爆裂温度达到546℃,成品球抗压强度为2 466 N/个。各项指标均可满足当前炼铁高炉对球团矿质量的要求。
In this paper,the using of expanded starch to substitute bentonite wholly or partially as pellet binder and their influences on the pellet performance were studied. The results show that,in view of the green pellets produced using the 0. 5%expanded starch as a single binder,the drop strength is 3. 6 times /( 0. 5 m),the compression strength is 10. 6 N / piece and the bursting temperature is 451 ℃,the compressive strength of the pellet product is 1 899 N / piece. In view of the green pellets produced using the 0. 3% expanded starch and 0. 7% bentonie as the composite binder,the drop strength is 6. 7 times /( 0. 5 m),the compressive strength is 13. 1 N / piece,the bursting temperature is 546 ℃ and the compressive strength of the pellet product is 2466 N / piece. All the indexes can meet the requirements of current iron-making BF for pellet quality.
