摘要
本文首先制备含硼酸的单体3-甲基丙烯酰胺基苯硼酸(MAPBA),并采用可逆加成-断裂链转移活性自由基聚合(RAFT)制备含硼酸的均聚物聚(3-丙烯酰胺基苯硼酸)(PMAPBA)。接着通过壳聚糖(CS)与N-乙酰基-L-半胱氨酸(NAC)反应制备巯基功能化的壳聚糖(CSNAC)。最后,将PMAPBA与CS-NAC在氧气环境下组装制备含二硫键的硼酸酯交联纳米粒子,发现纳米粒子呈球形,随CS-NAC浓度的增加,其粒径及zeta电位增加,且所有的纳米粒子具有比较均一的尺寸。
In this paper,firstly,poly(3-methacrylamido phenylboronic acid)(PMAPBA) homopolymer were prepared successfully by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT).Secondly,chitosan-N-acetyl-L-cysteine(CS-NAC) was achieved by the covalent attachment of N-acetyl-L-cysteine(NAC) to the amine groups of chitosan(CS).Lastly,the boronate crosslinked nanoparticles containing disulfide bonds were formed by the assembly of PMAPBA and CS-NAC under oxygen atmosphere.The results indicated the nanoparticle size and zeta potential increased with the CS-NAC concentration increased.The resulted nanoparticles had a very narrow and monadal size distribution.
