对焦运动的模糊PID控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对生物组织表征与分析仪器对焦问题,研究基于模糊控制的Z轴对焦运动方法。基于黄金分割法的搜索算法得到期望的运动位置,首先建立Z轴对焦运动的数学仿真模型,设计模糊结构;然后实现基于模糊控制器的轴对焦运动的仿真与分析,揭示比例常数、积分系数和微分系数的变化量对轴对焦运动误差的影响规律;最后实现Z轴对焦运动的模糊控制。实验表明,该控制方法比传统控制响应速度有较大幅度的提高,验证了所提出的模糊控制的Z轴对焦方法具有动态性能强和鲁棒性好的优点。 In this paper we study a fuzzy-PID control-based Z-axis focus movement approach in light of the auto-focusing for biological tissue characteristics and analysis instruments. Based on golden section search to get the expected movement position,first we built the mathematical simulation model of Z-axis focus movement,and designed the structure of fuzzy-PID. Then,we implemented the fuzzy-PID controller-based simulation and analysis on Z-axis focus movement,and revealed the rule of the effects of variation amount of P( proportion constant),I( integration coefficient) and D( differential coefficient) on Z-axis focus movement errors. Finally,we realised the fuzzy-PID control on Z-axis focus movement. It was shown by the experiment that the control approach described in the paper had a significant improvement in responding speed than traditional PID control,and this verified the advantages of strong dynamic performance and good robustness of the fuzzy-PID control-based Z-axis focus approach proposed by the authors.
