摘要
为提高新型墙体材料稻壳砂浆的抗裂性能,在稻壳砂浆中掺入聚丙烯纤维,用平板法进行早期收缩裂缝试验,研究不同长度(6mm、9mm、12mm)、不同体积掺量(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%)的聚丙烯纤维对稻壳砂浆早期收缩性能的影响。试验研究表明,6mm长度、0.05%体积掺量的聚丙烯纤维稻壳砂浆阻裂效果最佳,裂缝降低系数为95.83%。
In order to restrain the property of early shrinking crack of rice husk mortar as a new wall material, the experimental research on early shrinking crack is carried out by agar plate method through rice husk mortar adding polypropylene fiber. The influence of rice husk mortar with different volume dosage(0.05% 、0.10% 、0.15%) and different fiber length(6mm、9mm、12mm) on early shrinking crack is studied. The results show that crack resistance effects of rice husk mortar with 6mm length, 0.05% volume dosage of polypropylene fiber is the best and the decreasing coefficient of crack is 95.83%.
