乳腺癌组织HMGB1、sTWEAK的表达及水平变化分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织高迁移率蛋白B1(High Mobility Group Protein,HMGB1)、肿瘤坏死因子样凋亡微弱诱导削(TNF-likeweak inducer of apoptosis,TWEAK)的表达及水平变化分析。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月本院收治的89例不同分期的乳腺癌患者,采用sP法以及ELISA实验法检测在患者乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中HMGB1、sTWEAK的表达,并对比两者水平变化情况。结果HMGB1在癌组织中的表达率为64.04%,显著大于癌旁组织的13.48%;sTWEAK在癌组织中的表达率为60.67%,显著大于癌旁组织的7.87%;乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结转移者的HMGB1阴性率明显小于腋窝淋巴结未发生转移者;sTWEAK在每个培养对数生长期MDA-MB-231中的分泌水平显著高于MCF-7,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论HMGB1的异常表达是乳腺癌发生中早期变化,而sTWEAK能够在促进肿瘤生长、侵袭及血管生成中发挥一定作用。 Objective To investigate the expressions of HMGB 1 and sTWEAK in breast cancer tissue and to analyze the changes of the levels of their expressions. Methods From January, 2013 to December, 2014, 89 patients with different stages of breast cancer treated at our hospital were selected. SP method and ELISA test were used to detect the expressions of sTWEAK and HMGB1 in breast cancer tissue and the tissue beside cancer tissue. The expression levels were compared. Results The expression rates of HMGB 1 and sTWEAK were 64.04% and 60.67% in the breast cancer tissue and 13.48% and 7.87% in the adjacent tissue The HMGB1 negative rate was significantly lower in the patients with axillary lymph node metastasis than in those without (P〈0.05). The level STWEAK was significantly higher than that of MCF-7. Conclusions The abnormal expression of HMGB1 is early changes in breast cancer; sTWEAK plays a role in promoting tumor growth, invasion, and angiogenesis.
