摘要
目的:研究黑龙骨的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及RP-18柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用波谱学方法对所分得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从黑骨藤中分得了7个化合物,经波谱解析分别确定为汉黄芩素(1)、7-甲醚黄芩素(2)、香草醛(3)、异香草醛(4)、杠柳苷L(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物1、2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Periploca forrestii. Methods :The constituents were separated by col- umn chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results:Seven compounds were isolated from Perip- loca forrestii and identified as wogonin( 1 ), negletein ( 2 ), vanilline ( 3 ), isovanilline ( 4 ), periplocoside L ( 5 ) ,β-sitosterol ( 6 ) and β- daucosterol( 7 ). Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 2 are obtained from this genus for the first time, and compounds 3 ~ 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
