气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱检测绿茶中八氯二丙醚(S-421)残留

摘要 八氯二丙醚,简称S-421,是一种农药增效剂。通过应用在农药和蚊香生产,使其在茶叶中电有一定的残留。在目前茶叶样品中,S-421残留量在绿茶样品中较高。故根据已有的标准方法SN/T1774.2006,建立一种简便、快速方法测定绿茶中八氯二丙醚农药残留,利用气相色谱-串联质谱检测技术,采用QuEChERS技术作为样品前处理方法。通过保留时间、选择离子及其相对丰度定性,外标法定量。结果表明,八氯二丙醚的线性范围为0.006-0.06μg/mL,添加回收率在84%-96%之间。该方法的检出限为0.001mg/kg,满足枪出要求。 S-421 is a kind of pesticide synergist. Through used in pesticide and mosquito-repellent incense production. S-421 have higher residual in green tea. Compare the standard method of SN/T 1774-2006, article want to establish a simple and rapid method for determining S-421 pesticide residues in green tea, using GC-MS/MS detection technology and QuEChERS method for sample pretreatment method.By using retention time,it choose ion and relative abundance qualitative, external standard method,experiment results show that the linear range by 0.006-0.06 pg/mL, the added recovery is between 84 %-96 %,The method of detection limit of 0.001 mg/kg and this method Meet the detection requirements.
