摘要
本试验采用IC反应器处理某废纸造纸厂废水处理站初沉池出水。考察了容积负荷、pH、上升流速、温度等对COD去除率的影响。试验结果表明在容积负荷为17.1kgCOD/(m3·d);第一反应区上升流速控制在6~10m/h;pH控制在中性;最佳工作水温在30℃左右时处理效果最佳。
In the experiment, IC reactor was used to treat the effluent of primary settling tank of a waste water treatment station in a waste paper papermaking mill. The effects of volume loading, p H value, rising velocity and temperature on the removal rate of COD were investigated. The experimental results show that when the volume load is 17.1 kg COD/(m3·d); the rising velocity controlled in the 6~10 m/h in the first reaction zone; the p H value is controlled in the neutral; the best working water temperature is about 30 degrees would meet the optimal effect.
