摘要
学分制收费中的"学分"作为学校和学生双方之间等价交换的媒介,更能体现市场经济中"等价交换"的原则。因此,学分制收费是高校改革的必然趋势,文章以广东石油化工学院为例,分析了实行学分制收费的必要性,并根据学分制收费的主要内容提出了成功实施学分制收费的条件。
The＂academic credit＂in tuition system,as the media of equivalent exchange between colleges and students,can better reflect the principle of equivalent exchange of market economy.Therefore,charging tuition based on academic credit system is an inevitable trend of colleges＇ reforms.This paper,taking Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as an example,analyzes the necessity of tuition charging on credit and proposes preconditions to this tuition system.
