评价一定地域内各个城镇的区域发展条件,是确定城镇发展的重点,预测不同类型城镇的发展速度以及选择各种城镇发展的不同对策的重要依据,是城镇体系规划的重要基础。 一、城镇发展条件的因子选择和评估 一个城镇的发展,受众多因素的影响。根据城镇发展的一般规律,考虑到漳州市自身的区域特点,我们从四个方面,七个因子来考察全市各级城镇发展条件的优劣。文中“城镇”是包括漳州市市区,各个建制镇和乡集镇的所有城镇驻地。 1.现有基础:一个城镇现有基础的好坏是决定其吸引力大小和发展快慢的重要因素。我们认为,
There are many factors effecting the development of cities.The factors must be selected on the basis of actual conditions in a region.The evalualion factors of Zhangzhou. Fujian province include: 1) present size. 2) communication ( including land and water transportation). 3) resources (including natural, social and cultural resources). 4) influence of central cities. By the method of analytical hierarchy process (AHP). the above factors are sythesized to obtain a comprehensive evaluation value, which indicate the developing conditions of cities.
