从合理配置资源,发挥区域优势,推动技术进步、满足社会需求。有利于部门协调发展等方面综合分析,河南省黄河两岸地区产业结构有以下几个基本特征: 1.产业结构变动活跃,二、三产业发展迅速。受区域经济发展阶段影响,近些年本区产业结构变动幅度较大。农业产值在产业结构中的比重稳定下降,二、三产业的比重大幅度上升。如焦作市产业构成中,农业产值所占比重1988年比1980年下降12.5个百分点,同期工业产值所占比重上升8.1个百分点,建、运、商合计上升4.4个百分点,产业结构变动明显。在发展速度上,二、三产业远大于第一产业。
The industrial structural feature of the area along Yellow River in Henan Province shows as following:the industrial structure varies actively, the second and thind industry develops rapidly, the industrial superiority gets used to regional superiority, the level of industrial structure is superior to the average of our country and Henan province, there are many contradiction between industrial structure and provincial economy, the tasks are heavy for industrial structure’s selection.
