摘要
物料在料仓内滞流结拱,已成为各种类型料仓不可避免的共同弊病。本文先对芒来露天矿储煤仓堵煤事故的原因进行了分析,同时还分析了传统煤仓清堵方法,并提出了处理该事故的最优方法——空气炮破清堵。对空气炮结构、工作机理做了详细的介绍,对大型储煤仓的空气炮选型、布置方法做了详细的阐述。最后,建立数学模型从理论上对300L大容量空气炮的冲击功、喷爆速度进行了计算,为空气炮在该矿储煤仓清堵工作的应用提供了理论依据。
