摘要
中医基础理论的核心是中医藏象学说,而肾藏象理论则是中医藏象学说的重要组成部分,肾藏象理论在中医基础理论的诸多研究中起着非常重要的指导作用。肾藏象与肾的关联不只是在解剖学上,而且神经内分泌网络与中医肾的本质有密切关系,表现为宏观的脏器与微观的系统网络功能态。"肾藏精"促进人体生长、发育和生殖。肾主骨生髓,为先天之本,是人体生命活动的本源。就历代"肾藏精"的观点及内涵,根据"肾藏精"与干细胞理论、NEI网络动态平衡、维生素D之间的关系,从整体、微观两个方面探讨"肾藏精"的基础。
Objective：The core of traditional Chinese medicine theory is the viscera theory,while the kidney Zangxiang theory is an important part of Chinese medicine theory,kidney viscera theory in the study of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine plays a very important role in guiding.The relationship between kidney Zangxiang and kidney is not just in the anatomy,and the neural network and the essence of the kidney of TCM have a close relationship,which shows that the function state of the macro organs and the microscopic system. ＂the kidney stores essence＂ can promote human growth,development and reproduction,kidney main bone,the birth of the marrow,as the inherent,is the source of human life activities.This paper is based on previous ＂the kidney stores essence＂ and the connotation of ＂the kidney stores essence＂.According to the relationship between ＂the kidney stores essence＂ with stem cell theory、dynamic balance of NEI network and vitamin D,As a whole and the microscopic two aspects to explore the basis of ＂the kidney stores essence＂.
