摘要
"天河水"出自《针灸大成·小儿按摩经》,是根据其治疗作用命名的,位于前臂内侧正中总筋至洪池成一直线,主要以推法为主。逆推"天河水",具有清热解表、泻心火、除烦躁、润燥结之功效,可用于一切热症。天河水的操作即是逆推心包经,而顺经为补,逆经为泻,根据"实则泻其子"的理论,推天河水亦可泻肝之火,又可助脾运化;肝火得清,心中自然清凉,脾得运化,胃口必会大开,进而有助于疾病的痊愈。但是,由于其位于前臂正中,应该保证操作位置及方法正确,即直线操作,勿扰他经,同时本穴操作时要配合一定的介质,以防伤及患儿皮肤。
Tianheshui,being a location of Massage manipulation,was named in a TCM classic called Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Pediatric Massage Classic based on its therapeutic effect. It is located in the middle of the inside forearm in a straight line from Zongjin to Hongchi Acupuncture point and mainly by treatment of Tuifa method in manipulation. Tianheshui,being cool in character,can be used in heat relieving,easing mind and Moisturizing the dryness of the body. It is used in the inverse operation to push the pericardium. According to the related TCM theory,pushing Tianheshui can clear the heat in the Liver,strengthen the Spleen function and help the cure of the disease. However,since it is located in the middle of the forearm,you should ensure that the operating position and the right way of manipulation. Besides,with certain operating medium,skin injuries should be prevented in manipulation.
