摘要
目的:观察封髓固精汤治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并早泄的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例,治疗组采用自拟方封髓固精汤治疗,方药组成:知母15 g,黄柏15 g,砂仁12 g,金樱子15 g,车前子20 g,煅龙骨30 g,煅牡蛎30 g,郁金15 g,百合15 g,延胡索6 g,五灵脂6 g,当归12 g,川芎9 g,制乳香9 g,制没药9 g,炙甘草12 g,每日1剂,水煎,分两次口服。对照组采用坦索罗新缓释胶囊0.2 mg,每晚睡前服1次;吲哚美辛肠溶片25 mg,每日3次。两组均连续治疗8周。观察两组患者治疗前后症状、阴道内射精潜伏期、NIH-CPSI评分、CIPE评分、SAS评分等。结果:治疗后,两组NIH-CPSI疼痛评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分以及总评分均有不同程度降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者射精潜伏期(intravaginal ejaculatory latency time,IELT)、中国早泄患者性功能评价表评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)均有不同程度改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:封髓固精汤能够改善慢性前列腺炎相关症状,缓解患者焦虑状态,延长患者阴道内射精潜伏期,提高性生活满意度,对Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并早泄具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM Fengsui Gujing decoction in treating for type Ⅲ prostatitis combined with premature ejaculation. Methods： 160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group control group,with 80 cases in each group. The treatment group received TCM treatment with Fengsui Gujing Decoction. The prescription consists of： Anemarrhena 15 g,Treats 15 g,Amomum 12 g,Laevigata l5 g,Plantago 20 g,Calcined keel 30 g,Calcined oyster 30 g,Turmeric 15 g,Lily 15 g,Fumaric 6 g,Wulingzhi 6 g,Angelica 12 g,Chuanxiong 9 g,prepared Frankincense 9 g,Myrrh 9 g,Licorice 12 g. The patients of the control group took tamsulosin capsules,0. 2 mg once every night before bedtime and indomethacin enteric-coated tablets 25 mg 3times a day. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacy before and after treatment was observed in patients in symptoms,intravaginal ejaculation latency,NIH-CPSI score,CIPE score,SAS score and so on. Results： After treatment,the NIH-CPSI pain score,voiding symptom scores,quality of life score and the total score of the two groups were reduced to varying degrees. Compared with the same group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,the differences between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,patients＇ ejaculatory latency time（ IELT）,Chinese patients with premature ejaculation sexual function evaluation form score,self-Rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） of the two groups got varying degrees of improvement,with the differences being statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion： TCM Fengsui Gujing Decoction can improve the symptoms associated with chronic prostatitis,ease patient anxiety,prolong the patient vaginal ejaculation latency and improve sexual satisfaction for type Ⅲ prostatitis combined with premature ejaculation with better clinical efficacy.
