摘要
目的探讨双孔法腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的可行性。方法回顾性分析我科2013年6月至2015年6月行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎208例,其中三孔法腹腔镜下阑尾切除术102例,双孔法腹腔镜下阑尾切除术106例。比较两种术式手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间和术后并发症。结果双孔法腹腔镜下阑尾切除的手术时间明显短于三孔法(P<0.01);两种手术方法的术中出血量、平均住院时间和术后总体并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术是可行的、安全的、值得推广的手术方法,手术时间可得到明显缩短,但在病例选择上有一定的限制。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of double-hole laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Two hundred and eight patients with acute appendicitis treated with laparoscopic appendectomy from June,2013 to June,2015 at our department were retrospectively analyzed.Of these patients,102 patients were treated with three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy and 106 with double-hole laparoscopic appendectomy.The operation time,blood loss,postoperative recovery time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operating time of double-hole laparoscopic appendectomy was shorter than three-hole method（ P 0. 01）.There was no obvious difference in operative blood loss,discharge time and postoperative complications between the two groups（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion The double-hole laparoscopic appendectomy is a feasible,safe and worthy of promotion operation method.The operation time could be shortened obviously with this method.However,there are some restrictions in case selection.
