中国要引导美国在构建中美新型大国关系的态度向积极方面转变,就要坚持拓宽与美国的合作领域,不断增强自己的实力特别是军事实力,密切与世界各国特别是周边国家的外交关系。
If China expects to guide America to change its attitudes to the construction of new type of relations between China and the United States positively,it is necessary for China to adhere to broaden the areas of cooperation with the United States,and constantly enhance their own strength,especially the military strength,build intimate relationship with the countries of the world especially diplomatic relations with neighboring countries.
