摘要
智能变电站SCADA系统以网络通信为基础,实现现场运行设备的运行状况及数据的监视与控制。智能变电站SCADA系统主要针对遥信、遥测、遥设、遥控数据的处理,通常采用标准通信协议。由于协议的通用性特点,导致其格式及交互上存在一些冗余数据,从而降低了其数据传输的实时性。本文考察了国内智能变电站SCADA系统的应用情况,并参照国外相应领域所采用的实用技术,设计了一种自定义的SCADA系统与子站通信方式,并对该方式进行了相应的评估。
The SCADA system of intelligent electric substation could be used to monitor or control the running IED in substation based on network communication. The SCADA system of intelligent electric substation is mainly for data processing of DI or AI or AO or DO, which uses standard communication protocols. Because of the universal property of these protocols, there are some redundant data in the packet format and data exchange, which can decrease the real time property of the data transmission. This paper examines the application of the intelligent substation SCADA system, referring to the practical techniques those are used abroad, introduces a kind of communication mode between SCADA system and substation communication and gives the corresponding evaluation recommendations.
