摘要
本文报告脑室腹腔分流术治疗脑积水93例。其中采用不带活瓣的国产普通硅橡胶管15例,上海NJS-5A型分流装置35例,美国Heyer-schulte分流装置43例。临床观察结果说明Heyer-schulte分流装置具有结构好、能维持适当的颅内压及无明显并发症等优点。为保证手术成功,作者强调指出预防术后感染是关键。
This paper reports 93 cases of hy-drocephalus treated by ventriculo-abdomi-nal shunt. In 15 cases the common domestic non-valvular silicic rubber tubules were used, 35 cases the ShanghaiNJS-5A shunt apparatus and the rest 43 cases Heyer-Schulte American shunt apparatus were used. According to the clinical results it was shown that the Heyer-Schulte apparatus has the advantages of nice structure and no evident complications as well as maintenance of proper intracranial pressure. For the sake of operative success the writers recommend the use of Heyer-Schulte apparatus and emphasize that the keypoint of success is to prevent postoperative infection.
