摘要
在对美英典型电子转诊系统进行介绍以及按照电子转诊系统的公私特征、专业转诊人员设置、以及患者选择权限的比较分析基础上,从大力推动医疗信息互联与共享、重视医疗信息信任及安全问题、电子转诊系统维护与升级、形成电子转诊良好运行的配套机制等方面为我国转诊信息化建设发展提出启示。
On the basis of the introduction of typical e-referral systems in the United States and the United Kingdom as well as the comparison according to the public and private attribution,set-up of professional referral staff,and patient choice scope,this paper proposed a series of implications for the development of referral informatization in China including the promotion of health information linkage and sharing,paying close attention to information security and belief, maintenance and escalation of e-referral system,and forming companion mechanisms.
