摘要
大肠湿热理论滥觞于秦汉时期,《黄帝内经》对于大肠疾病与湿、热之间的关系进行了初步论述。唐代孙思邈在《华佗神方》中首先提到'大肠湿热',宋元时期,关于大肠湿热的论述较少。明清时期,众多医家对于大肠湿热的病因、病机及症状表现等有了比较系统的认识,大肠湿热理论在各方面都有较大拓展。民国时期,大肠湿热的内涵未见明显变化。新中国成立以来,随着中医证候研究工作的开展和推进,'大肠湿热证'被正式提出并被作为规范证候名。
The theory of dampness-heat of large intestine originated in the Qin and Han dynasty.The relationship between large bowel disease,dampness and heat was discussed in Huangdi Neijing.SUN Si-miao in the Tang dynasty first proposed‘dampness heat of large intestine’in Huatuo Shenfang.In the Song and Yuan Dynasties,the discussion on the heat of the large intestine was less.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,many doctors had a systematic understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and symptoms of large intestine damp-heat.The medical scientist in Ming and Qing dynasty have achieved considerable progress on the theory of dampness-heat of large intestine.During the Republic of China,the connotation of large intestine damp-heat did not change significantly.Since the founding of China,research work of TCM syndrome theories has been conducted,‘syndrome of dampness-heat of large intestine’was formally proposed and be used as normalization language.
